At a quarterly congregational meeting in 2002, everyone in attendance voted unanimously to accept a proposed model for four separate ministries at Hillcrest Church.  While it quickly became clear that overlapping of tasks and  responsibilities was inevitable, the above diagram describes the overall focus of these ministries.
